The Education Foundation was established by cooperative members in 1992. The purpose of the Education Foundation fund is to provide member students financial assistance in continuing their educational goals. RCRTC is committed to investing in organizations that are dedicated to youth and education, human services, and civic purposes that enhance the quality of life in our member’s local communities.
