The Eastern New Mexico women’s soccer team will host its spring ID camp from April 27-28 at Greyhound Stadium.
The Greyhounds are coming off one of the most successful seasons in program history, tying the second-most wins in program history with nine wins and advanced to their first ever Lone Star Conference Championship game after knocking off the top seeded and nationally No. 19 ranked West Texas A&M 1-0 on a golden goal in overtime in the LSC Semifinal.
Eastern put together an outstanding season on the defensive side under Head Coach Joshua Smithin his first year with the program, setting a program record for fewest shots allowed per match (11.4) and the second-fewest goals allowed per game (1.15).
The camp will be for girls between grades 9-12 and will run from 5 – 8 p.m. on Saturday, April 27 and from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Sunday, April 28.
Registration for the camp will be $30 for each participant.
Check-in starts at 5 p.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m. on Sunday for those unable to attend the Saturday night session.
