Winter Tip-Off Set For Dec. 3rd Inside Greyhound Arena
PORTALES, N.M. – The Eastern New Mexico Greyhound Club will be hosting it’s annual Winter Tip-Off on Tuesday, Dec. 3rd at 6 p.m. inside the annex of Greyhound Arena.
The event will officially kick-off the home schedule for the Eastern New Mexico men’s and women’s basketball teams as the Greyhound take the court for the first time inside Greyhound Arena on Thursday and Saturday of that week. Fans will also get to hear from head track and field coach Jeff Kavalunas as his team prepares to kick-off their indoor season.
Fans will get to hear from each of the fall sport coaches as well with exclusive wrap ups of how each sport’s fall season played out and will get the chance to interact with student-athletes from each sport. The event is free and is open to all Greyhound Club members and their guests.
Coach J’s B.B.Q. Shack will be providing the meal for the evening and fans in attendance will have a chance to win exclusive Greyhound gear throughout the evening.
