Eastern New Mexico University announced on Friday its partnership with Red Rock Roasters of Albuquerque, to produce the ENMU-branded coffee Greyhound Grind. A portion of each bag sold benefits ENMU student scholarships. Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham announced last week that New Mexico’s vaccination rate for COVID-19 was within the margin of error to meet 60% and therefore the state will fully reopen on July 1, with only a few directives left in place.
