I am writing to inform you of a scheduled water outage due to an isolation valve that is leaking on
the City side of the meter at the Golden Acres housing. The maintenance is planned as follows:

0800 – 1600
During this period, water service will be temporarily unavailable to the area and some surrounding
areas. We recommend that you store enough water for your needs during the outage. Once the
Maintenace is completed, there may be a brief period of discolored water or air in the
pipes. Running your cold tap for a few minutes should help clear this up.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work
to fix this issue and improve the water system. If you have any questions or concerns, please do
