A graveside service for Teresita Valencia will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, September 24th, at the Portales Cemetery.
Teresita Valencia, 69, of Portales, passed away on Monday, September 21, 2020, in Portales. She was born on August 9, 1951, in Las Vegas, New Mexico to the home of Mary (Lujan) and Cruz Garcia.
Teresita Valencia is survived by two daughters, Vicki Almader and Jennifer Holguin; ten grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; one brother, Ernest Garcia and wife Lorraine, and four sisters, Rita Zapata, Mary Lucero, Celina and husband Joe and Rose Garcia.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Manuel Valencia, her parents, Eulojia & Cruz Garcia, a daughter, Lora Gonzales, a grandson, Mikey Bustamante and three brothers, Victor, Tony and George Garcia.
