The Covid-19 Virus has caused a lot of disruption on so many levels, to so many lives. We understand how difficult this time must be for everyone. We want to assure you that we are dong everything we can to keep our patients and employees safe.
The health and well-being of our patients is paramount to us. At Women’s Medical Center, we have not only taken all the precautions prescribed by the CDC for medical facilities, but have gone above and beyond to make sure we keep everyone safe.
Because of taking early steps in observing CDC guidelines at our facility, we have NOT had any employees test positive for the COVID19 virus. Know that should that change, we would take the appropriate and responsible steps to take care of the well-being of our patients and our community.
The CDC is now recommending that everyone wear a face mask when out in public. Below you will find an article with questions and answers about home-made masks.
Also – you may have gotten an email that Women’s Medical Center was looking for used sanitizer wipes. That is NOT the case.
With the stay-at-home order extended through April, we have temporarily changed our hours.
We join the CDC and the Governor of New Mexico in asking you to stay at home, except for when you need to go out for a medical appointment or groceries.
