SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS — Freshman forward Jaci Sievers tallied her second goal of the season with less than 10 minutes remaining in regulation in Sunday’s contest. St. Mary’s (3-1) netted the game-winner 6:18 into the seventh overtime session for the Eastern New Mexico University women’s soccer team (0-2-2) to hand the Hounds a 2-1 setback at Sigma Beta Chi Field field.
The Eastern New Mexico University women’s soccer team will return to action on Thursday, when they visit East Central. The game is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. MT.
