It’s that time of year again, and Roosevelt County is gearing up for an amazing fair! Since 2020 put a damper on all the fun, this year, the county isn’t holding back on the entertainment and fun!
The fair begins Tuesday, August 17 and ends Saturday, August 21.
Tuesday, August 17 Events:
- RoCo 4-H Pork Chop Breakfast – 6 AM to 10 AM at the Jake Lopez Building.
- Market Swine Show – 4 PM
- Open for animals, food and merchant booths – 5 PM
Wednesday, August 18 Events:
- Goat Show – 1 PM
- Rides open – 2 PM
- Praise & Worship – 5 PM at the Jake Lopez Building
- Lamb Show – 5 PM
- Jett Sharp Team Roping – 5:30 PM
Thursday, August 19 Events:
- Senior Citizens FREE admission – 8 AM to 2 PM (65+)
- Antique Tractor Show – 8 AM (Pavilion)
- Pioneer Luncheon – 10 AM to 2 PM at the Jake Lopez Building
- Dairy Heifer Show – 1:30 PM
- Rides open – 2 PM
- Merchants Building Opens – 3 PM
- Military Appreciation Night – 5 PM to 12 AM – Children of military members get in free with parent’s military I.D.
- Breeding Beef Heifer Show – 6 PM
- Antique Tractor Games – 6 PM (Outdoor Arena)
- Clovis Area Train Society Model Railroad Display – 6 PM to 10 PM (Youth Building)
- Stateline Band – 8 PM on the Slab
Friday, August 20 Events:
- Supreme Livestock Showmanship contest – 8:30 AM (Event Center)
- Shepard, Sheep & Wool Contest – 10 AM at the Jake Lopez Building
- Home Arts & Youth Building open to the public – 10 AM
- Rides open – 2 PM
- Merchants Building open – 3 PM
- Fine Arts Building open – 4 PM
- Home Arts, Supreme Showmanship, Poultry & Rabbit Awards Presentation – 5 PM at the Show Arena
- Junior Livestock Sale – 6:30 PM
- Chad Cooke Band – 8 PM on the Slab

Saturday, August 21 Events:
- Kiwanis Pet Show, Stick Horse Race, Turtle Race, Dummy Roping & Greased Pig Chase – 10 AM (Pavilion)
