Friday, August 2nd
Entries due for all Livestock Shows
Poultry, Rabbits & Youth Horse Show (including RV parking space reservations. Must be turned into the Extension Office by 5 pm. No Exceptions.
Friday, August 23rd Clean Up / Set up day (Superintendents will assign pens and stall areas)
Saturday, August 24th
8:00 am – Junior Rabbit Show (Events Arena)
9:00 am – Youth Horse Show (Outdoor Arena)
Sunday, August 25th
1:00 – 5:00 pm – Booth set up for Home Arts and Merchants Building
Monday, August 26 – Entry Day
7:00 am – 5:00 pm – All Junior Livestock, except Steers and Breeding Beef must be on the Fairgrounds (including Poultry and Rabbits)
7:00 am – 5:00 pm – Weigh all Swine as they are unloaded
7:00 am – 5:00 pm – Weigh/Measure/Classify all Lambs, Goats & Heifers
8:00 am – 5:30 pm – All indoor exhibits must be entered
Youth Building: Horticulture, 4-H Educational, 4-H Open, Junior Open Crafts, and Sub Junior Open Crafts
