(1978) (7) attorney-client privileged information pertaining to threatened or pending litigation, specifically Hernandez vs. Roosevelt County, Ramirez/Padilla vs. Roosevelt County, Natural Chem litigation, Permian Basin Petroleum Association, et. al. v. DOI, possible litigation regarding issues of detention center funding between the City of Portales and Roosevelt County, and to discuss attorney-client privileged information relating to pending or threatened litigation.
