Roosevelt County 4-H had four boys that were qualified compete at the State 4-H Rodeo finals in Albuquerque, NM this past weekend. This group of boys worked very hard through the rodeo season in order to qualify.
Bowdy Neece – 14 junior division…..qualified in Tie down, ribbon roping, and Breakaway roping.
Isaiah Banister – 13 Junior division …..qualified in Breakaway roping, and Ribbon roping
Savino Frank – 10 Novice division……qualified in Flag race, Breakaway roping, Ribbon roping, and step down.
Slade Thompson – 10 Novice division…..qualified in Breakaway roping, step down, Steer stopping, and Steer Riding.
Bowdy ended up 5th in tie down, Savino 4th breakaway, 3rd step down, and 3rd ribbon roping. Slade 1st steer riding, 5th step down, and 5th steer stopping
This group of boy would like to thank…..
