Robert (Bob) Bliss Obituary
Robert W. Bliss went to be with our Lord and Savior peacefully with his family at his bedside in Portales, New Mexico on Sunday, February 16, 2025. He was born on March 4, 1944, in Chillicothe, Ohio.
Early in Bob’s life, he served in the US Army for 6 years where he flew and worked on helicopters. Shortly after, he worked as a truck driver for the majority of his adult life. Bob was a man who wore many hats and could fix almost anything, he was always ready to help anyone in need. Bob will be greatly missed.
Robert (Bob) was preceded in death by a great grandbaby, Emerson Bliss. He left behind his loving wife Alicia (Lisa) and son, Robert W. Bliss Jr. (Bobby) and wife Lorraine, four grandsons Nicolas Bliss, Austin Bliss, Christopher Bliss and wife Micaela, Zachary Bliss and wife Kaylan, seven great grandchildren Kennedy, Ivory, Kali, Oliver, Christopher Jr., Lyla, and Ezekiel whom he all loved deeply.
