The Public Works Office has notified administration that the road work on Kilgore will begin after the Kilgore Street Sewer Lift Station replacement /repair has been completed.
The lift station work is scheduled to begin next week and will cause disrupted and slow travel close to the intersection of 3rd & Kilgore. The intersection will not be closed, but will be marked for the safety of the work crews and the public. Please watch for men and equipment in the area. Travel safely and plan routes accordingly. Updates will be ongoing until all work is completed. Work on the City’s other lift stations will be happening through the rest of Fall.
J and H Services, Inc. will commence street and drainage work on E. 7th Street from S. Dallas to S. Elgin on Monday, 8/13/2018. Please slow down and follow traffic control signage in the project area. Please watch for workers in the area. Please use caution while traveling near the project area.
