City of Portales Public Works Departments – Street and Water – have reported that N. Avenue K between U.S. 70 and Cherry Street will be closed for a waterline repair beginning this morning. Mobilization has begun and the street will be closed until the repairs are completed. Please route your travels away from that area. Drive safely.
