Trailing early in the game 7-2, two touchdowns by quarterback Tyrese Dawson (14) gave the Rams a 21-9 lead going into the locker room at half. The Warriors manged to come back and close the gap to 21-15 in the fourth quarter but were not able to capitalize on a fumble recovery or recover from a Ram pass interception ending the game in another Ram victory 24-15.
The Rams (7-1) 2-0) hit the road again next Friday for district game against the Moriarty Pintos (6-1) (1-0) at 7:00 p.m.
