Every working parent is looking for a quick, easy, and delicious option for dinner after a busy day! This recipe is sure to do the trick. Prep takes 5 min, and after 25 min in the oven, you’ve got dinner for the family.
The homemade poppyseed dressing makes these sliders EXTRA special. We like using yellow mustard for it’s bright, acidic flavor, but dijon or whole grain mustard would be just as delicious.
In terms of buns, we tend to reach for sweet Hawaiian rolls. The sweetness of the rolls pairs beautifully with the salty ham and cheese. Potato buns would be delicious as well!
