Freshman guard Devin Pullum registered his third-20-point performance for the Eastern New Mexico University men’s basketball team (10-14; LSC 5-10), in Thursday night’s Lone Star Conference contest at Greyhound Arena. His 7-for-10 outing highlighted the start of the Greyhounds’ final homestand, but Midwestern State (10-16; LSC 6-10) rallied from an early deficit to hand ENMU an 89-74 setback.

The Key Run
The teams exchanged three-point buckets throughout the opening half, with MSU taking a 14-13 lead on Brandon Neel’s trey with 12:48 left in the period
Zach Parker responded with a trey to ignite an 8-3 ENMU surge
That run was punctuated by a Maurice Coleman three-point bucket to give the Hounds a 21-17 lead with 10:09 left in the half
Over the final 9:03 of the half, Midwestern State outscored Eastern 30-15

The Hounds held a 19-13 edge in fastbreak points
Neel paced the Mustangs with 32 points, two assists and two steals
He is just the fourth player to score 30 points against the Hounds this season.
