This notice is to inform you of an upcoming water service disruption that will affect your area.
Date of disruption: July 16, 2024
Time of disruption: 0800 to 1600
Potentially affected areas: North Avenue, North Avenue B, and West Ivy (surrounding areas could
be affected as well between West Lime street to West Hickory Street)
The disruption is necessary to perform essential maintenance on the water distribution system and
to upgrade infrastructure. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your
understanding and cooperation.
**What to expect**
There will be no water supply during the specified time.
Low water pressure may occur before and after the disruption period.
Once service is restored, you may experience temporary discoloration of water. Running
your taps for a few minutes should clear this up.
**Precautionary measures**
Please store enough water for drinking, cooking, and sanitation needs before the disruption begins.
Avoid using water-dependent appliances like dishwashers and washing machines during the
disruption period.
