The City’s Public Works Utility Superintendent has notified administration that repair work on the waterline in 5th Street in the block between Main Avenue and Abilene Street will be ongoing for a few more days and that the block will be closed until the repairs can be completed. This is where the previously reported repair work originated.  The department will continue to attempt to minimize the number of services that are effected by the repair work.  Please watch for workers and equipment.  Drive safely.
