MEMBERS OF THE PORTALES CITY COUNCIL will be attending the 2019 Legislative Forum set to be held in Tucumcari, New Mexico at Mesalands Wind Research Center, 911 South Tenth Street from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 20, 2019.
