The Portales Lady Rams had a softball game against Lovington on April 19, and after a tie in the 7th inning, the two teams went into an 8th to settle the score.
The Lady Rams couldn’t hold Lovington from scoring, and couldn’t add any points themselves, so the game finished in an extra inning with Lovington on top. The final score was 6-5.
The Lady Rams are now 9-9 this season, 0-4 in district.
