Game: Friday, October 26 at 7pm at Greyhound Stadium in Portales

The Portales Rams hosted Moriarty at Greyhound Stadium, in their second to last game of the regular season. The drive home for the Moriarty Pintos will be a long one after the Rams completely dominated the game. The final score was 46-0 in Portales’ favor. The Rams scored 33 of those points in the first half, before adding the final 13 in the 3rd and 4th quarters. The defense dominated the game, handing Moriarty a tough shutout.

The win adds to the Rams positive record. The season started off rocky after 3 losses in the first 5 games, but Portales has turned things around. The Rams are now 6-3 this season as they go into their final game, where the Rams will face the home team of NFL retiree, Brian Urlacher.

With the last few wins boosting morale, and Lovington being a lesser threat than some earlier teams, Portales is in prime position to finish their regular season with another big win.

Quarterback Julian Urioste is consistently adding big yardage, both in passing and rushing, to the Portales Stats, allowing the team to confidently head into their final game of the 2018 regular season.
