Coaches Report by Candra Reynolds
The Portales Girls Golf Team finished their regular season with another qualifying leg with a score of 401. Janae Hale won the first place trophy with a score of 84. Today was a very challenging day. With extremely high winds all day we had some ups and downs but overall we came off the course feeling proud of the accomplishments we have made throughout the season.
These girls worked hard and are excited to experience the opportunity to participate at the State Championship. We will continue to practice and prepare to compete at the District Tournament and at State.
