Logan McDaniel (55) and Enrique Cabral (52) block for Tyrese Dawson (14) in Saturday’s game against the St. Michael’s Horsemen in Santa Fe. With minutes left on the clock and inches to the goal line, the Rams attempted a 2 point conversion to take the lead. With Dawson sidelined, back-up quarterback Julian Urioste (12) dove to the goal line and appeared to touch the pylon but was ruled short by the officials. A disappointing 21-20 finish gave the Rams their first lost since last year’s homecoming game against Dexter. The Rams (3-1) prepare to take the road again for next weeks game against the Dexter Demons (3-1).
