The Rams traveled to Roswell to face New Mexico Military Institute on January 24th. Tip off was at 7 PM.
Portales started the lead early, ending the 1st period ahead 18-11. The 2nd period was more dominating for the Rams when they tacked in another 16 points, and held NMMI to just 4 points. At half, the score was 34-16 in favor of the Rams
The 2nd half was more of the same, and the Rams came out on top 65-32.
The win puts the Rams at 8-8 this season.
