2. Request Approval of Resolution PC-2024-2025-36. A Variance at 1120 W. Gum St. for Maintaining a
Carport and Fence That Do Not Meet Portales Municipal Code. Submitted by Socorro Juarez-Escobar.
Unanimously Approved by the Planning Commission.
3. Request Approval of Resolution PC-2024-2025-37. A Variance at 128 Oklahoma Drive for a Proposed
Carport That Does Not Meet Portales Municipal Code. Submitted by Scott Parker. Unanimously
Approved by the Planning Commission.

1. Request Approval of Grant Award to the City of Portales for $687,600.00 to Make Improvements to City
Park Facilities and Infrastructure.

1. Request Approval and Ratification of Bills/Expense and Revenue Reports for September 1, 2024, Through
December 31, 2024. Unanimously approved by Finance Committee on January 8, 2025.
2. Request Approval of Resolution 2025-01 Budget Adjustments for FY 2024-2025, Third Quarter.
