NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF REGULAR PUBLIC MEETING
CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF PORTALES, NEW MEXICO
THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE PORTALES CITY COUNCIL SCHEDULED for 6:30
p.m., Tuesday, November 17, 2020, has been cancelled.
Mayor Jackson and City Manager Standefer have made the determination to cancel the meeting
in response to the Governor’s Public Health order issued November 13, 2020 pertaining to the
COVID-19 public health emergency in order to minimize the public health risk.
This is to certify that a copy of this Notice of Meeting Cancellation was posted on the
bulletin board in the front lobby of City Hall by 5:00 p.m., Friday, November 13, 2020 and
posted to the City’s website in the tab for agendas at the City Clerk’s page, Council’s page or
