NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF REGULAR PUBLIC MEETING CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF PORTALES, NEW MEXICO
THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL SCHEDULED for 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 7, 2020, has been cancelled due to COVID-19 orders from Governor Lujan-Grisham. A Special Meeting of the Council will be scheduled later in April. The remainder of the Council’s Scheduled Meetings for the fiscal year will remain as originally posted in the annual posting at this time.
This is to certify that a copy of this Notice of Meeting Cancellation was posted on the bulletin board in the front lobby of City Hall by 5:00 p.m., Monday, March 30, 2020 and posted to the City’s website in the tab for agendas at the City Clerk’s page, Council’s page or the Mayor’s page.
