Manager to Hire and Train 12-15 Lifeguards.

1. Approval of FY25 Firefighter Recruitment Fund’s Resolution 2024-10, Application and Personnel

1. Finance Department Update to Include Revenue Report and Bills/Expense Report for April 2024.

4. Recommendation of Approval for Resolution #2024-11, Adoption of Interim Budget for FY2024-2025. The
Interim Budget was Approved by the Finance Committee on May 22, 2024.

Qualified and Experience-Based Proposals for the Airport’s Professional Engineering Services,

1. Recommendation for Approval of Planning and Zoning for Resolution No. PC-2024-2025-11 for a Special
Use Permit for the Address of 1729 S. Ave. D Submitted by 7-Eleven, Inc. for the Purpose of Selling
Packaged Liquor. Unanimously approved by Planning and Zoning Committee.
2. Recommendation for Approval of Planning and Zoning for Resolution No. PC-2024-2025-12 for a Special
Use Permit for the Address of 1201 N. Chicago Ave. Submitted by 7-Eleven, Inc. for the Purpose of
Selling Packaged Liquor. Unanimously approved by Planning and Zoning Committee.
3. Public Hearing for Approval of Amendment to Ordinance 688, Floodplain Ordinance, Recommended by
FEMA, and Changing the Date of Floodplain Map.
a) Action to Enter Into Public Hearing for the Adoption of Amendment to Ordinance 688.
b) Action to Close The Public Hearing.
c) Action by Council on the Amendment to Ordinance 688, the Floodplain Ordinance.
