PUBLIC COMMENT: The Public has the opportunity to provide comment on subjects regarding City Business, during the public comment period. Speaker’s comments will be limited to three (3) minutes unless the Mayor and/or Councilor(s) requests more information. The time limit is given in an effort to allow public input but also to move the agenda forward in a prompt yet efficient manner. All Speakers must sign in at the beginning of the Meeting. Topics are limited to six (6) speakers per topic.

Planning Commission.
2. Request Approval of Intent to Adopt Ordinance No. 773 Establishing a Vacant Property Registry Within
the City of Portales. Recommendation Made to City Council by Public Works and Public Safety
Committees.

FINANCE—L. Rivera, Finance Director
1. Request Approval and Ratification of Bills/Expense Reports for January-February 2025. Recommendation
Made to City Council by Unanimous Approval of Finance Committee.
2. Request Approval of Resolution 2025-05 of FY 2025 Third Quarterly Budget Adjustments (BAR) Part II.
Recommendation Made to City Council by Unanimous Approval of Finance Committee.
3. Request Approval of Resolution 2025-06 Establishing New Mexico Bank & Trust Banking Services for the
City of Portales and Identifying Signatories for City Accounts. Recommendation Made to City Council by
Unanimous Approval of Finance Committee.
