1. Approval of Resolution #2024-05, A Resolution Declaring Surplus Equipment for Auction.

1. Recommended for Approval of Mayor and Fire/EMS Chief’s S4ignatures on the Assurances page for
Grant Application for LUCAS equipment. This grant application is $84,046.28 for four (4)i4 chest
compression devices.
2. Recommended for Approval of Mayor and Fire/EMS Chief’s Signatures on the Assurances page for
Grant Application for 4X4 Ambulance with a total cost $293,000.00 with a 25% City Match in the
Amount of $73,250.00.
COMMUNITY SERVICES: K. McClellan, Director
1. Notice of Intent to Adopt Amendment to Ordinance No. 695, An Amendment for Xeriscaping,
Enforcement, and Rebates.
CITY MANAGER:
1. Renewal of Loan Agreement with the National Museum of the Air Force (NM USAF) for the
F-111 (Jet) Static Display.
