THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO ATTEND A REGULARLY SCHEDULED MEETING OF THE PORTALES CITY COUNCIL, which will be held starting at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, Novem ber 19 , 2019 , at the Memorial Building Council Chambers, 200 E. 7th Street, Portales, New Mexico.
