THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO ATTEND A REGULARLY SCHEDULED MEETING OF THE PORTALES CITY COUNCIL, which will be held starting at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, May 21, 2019 , at the Memorial Building Council Chambers, 200 E. 7th Street, Portales, New Mexico. Presentation of 4th Quarter Budget Adjustments and Adoption of Resolution #18-19-41, Adopting 4th Quarter Budget Adjustments for FY 2018-2019. 3. Presentation of Interim Budget for FY 2019-2020 and Resolution #18-1942, Adopting the FY 2019-2020 Interim (Preliminary) Budget.

Standefer, City Manager.
(F) Resolution #18-19-44, A Resolution Authorizing the City of Portales to Submit an Application to the Department of Finance and Administration, Local Government Division to Participate in the Juvenile Adjudication Program – D. Reed, DWI Grant Director.
(G) Other Business/Citizens to be Heard – Any matter now know about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen prior to the time of posting of the agenda. A public body shall only take action on items appearing on the agenda:

• Public comments will be limited to three (3) minutes per speaker. • Individuals will be limited to one (1) presentation per meeting, and there will be a maximum of six (6) speakers on each subject. • To avoid any possible violation of the Open Meetings act, Councilors will not respond to comments or answer any questions. • Questions or requests for information in writing should be directed to the City Manager during regular business hours.
