NOTICE OF POTENTIAL QUORUM
CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF PORTALES, NEW MEXICO
MEMBERS OF THE PORTALES CITY COUNCIL may be attending the Zoom presentation of the New
Mexico Municipal League’s Virtual Districts meeting from various locations in the City to include the
Memorial Building Council Chambers set to begin at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 16, 2021. No formal City
business will be conducted.
This is to certify that a copy of this Notice of Potential Quorum was posted on the main bulletin board of
City Hall by 12 Noon, April 15, 2021.
