6 p.m. – 8 p.m. – Handing out light-bulbs to participants at the Back to School Health Fair
7:30 p.m – 8 p.m. – Tear down

9 am-11 am- accept, tally and sort donations & Thank donors (3+ volunteers needed)
11:00 am-12:30 pm-accept, tally and sort donations & Thank donors (3+ volunteers needed)
12:30 pm-2:00 pm-accept, tally and sort donations & Thank donors (3+ volunteers needed)
2:00 pm-3:00 pm -load supplies onto bus and deliver and unload at Portales Municipal Schools Central Office (4+ volunteers needed)
