At half, the Rams were in the lead 22-20. In the 3rd, Artesia outscored Portales 19-12, but the Rams managed to pull out a win in the final period of the game, outscoring the Bulldogs 13-6. The final score of the game was 47-45. Portales’ record is now 16-10 this season, and 3-3 in district.
