Portales baseball faced Santa Fe High School in a weekend tournament on March 23. After defeating 2 other opponents in the same tournament, the boys went into the game with motivation to add another win to their record.
Portales had a big 3rd Inning with 3 runs added to their score, and the last run came in the 4th. Santa Fe’s single run came in the 2nd. The rest of the game was dry with no scoring. The final score was 4-1 in Portales’ favor. The Rams baseball team is now 3-2 this season.
