Dear Potential Exhibitor:
The Annual Health Fair is being held at the Roosevelt County Fairground Pavilion, in conjunction with the Peanut Valley Festival. Please put Saturday, October 21, 2023, on your calendar. The hours will be 9AM -1PM. The fairgrounds will be open for set-up@ 07:00 and be open until 6PM for the Peanut Festival. We will be allowed into the fairgrounds for set-up on Friday afternoon. You can pull onto the grounds by going behind the Jake Lopez and Merchants Building and parking north of the pavilion.
It is necessary to have someone present at your exhibit during the Health Fair hours. Personal interaction improves attendee response. Raffles, giveaways, demonstrations, and complimentary gifts are suggested. Any special needs must be included in your confirmation (private space, electrical connections, etc.) Extension cords and equipment must be furnished by individual organizations. Tables and chairs will be provided by the county. Each exhibitor is responsible for set-up and clean-up. Please, don’t leave without taking down your booth area. Invite other health care providers. No money is charged for use of the Health Fair area, but we are not allowed to charge for services there.
