ALBUQUERQUE, NM — On Saturday evening, the Eastern New Mexico University indoor track & field teams concluded competition at the University of New Mexico Don Kirby Invitational. The Hounds were led by strong performances from Marcus Parker, Ivar Moinat and Mason Swanson.
Parker placed fifth in the 60m dash with a time of 6.82. He edged the sixth-place performer by just .01 seconds.
One day after taking first place in the 600m run, Moinat placed ninth in the 800m with a time of 1:55.28.
Swanson placed 22nd in the 800m run. She completed the event with a time of 2:24.48.
The Eastern New Mexico University indoor track & field teams will return to action on Saturday, February 24, for the Lone Star Conference Championship Meet. The event will be held in Lubbock, Texas, at the Texas Tech Sports Performance Center
