In Loving Memory

Dorothy Anne Bilberry, 79, passed away on Monday, April 8, 2019 with her loving family by her side. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 am, Saturday, April 13, 2019 at Central Baptist Church.

Dorothy was born on February 7, 1940 to Finus E. Tucker and Lora Jean Gilman. Both parents have preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death are her husband Jimmy Ted Bilberry; her son Jimmy Don Bilberry and her sister Buna Jean Glenn.

Dorothy married her true love in 1957 in Portales, NM, in 1967 they moved to the ranch in Ft. Sumner where she lived until 1997 when she moved to Clovis. Dorothy enjoyed dancing, singing, going to lunch with her friends, staying active outdoors and creating western art for people to enjoy; but the thing she enjoyed the most was spending time with her loved ones. She was also very active in the Powderhorn Cattle Women and Central Baptist Church where she was a member of the Glory Choir and Charlie’s Angles. Dorothy also helped start NM Ag-Expo.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son John Curtis Bilberry of Clovis, NM; daughter Becky Harris and husband Charles of Ft. Sumner, NM; brother Thomas E. Tucker “Turtle” and wife Jana of Arizona; grandson Clay R. Labrier and wife Casey of Portales, NM, their children Mason and Jaren; niece Nicole A. Tivis and husband Rodney, their children Savannah Diroma of Montgomery, AL and Jaycey Tivis of Portales, NM.

Those honored to serve as honorary pallbearers will be the Charlie’s Angels.

The family would like to give special thanks to her caregivers during her battle. We will always be grateful for your kindness and support.

In lieu of flowers the family would like that memorial contributions be made in honor of Dorothy to the Central Baptist Church “Charlie’s Angels” or the Central Baptist Church Food Service Ministry, 2501 N. Norris Street, Clovis, NM 88101.
