Funeral services for Arturo Pacheco, 50, of Portales will be held at 6:00 PM, Sun., Feb. 11, 2018 at Foundations of Faith Church, 1301 N. Main, in Portales with Pastor Raul Ornelas officiating.
There will be an additional service on Mon., Feb. 12, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Foundations of Faith Church. Burial will follow in the Portales Cemetery.
Arturo Pacheco was born Sept. 16, 1967 in Porvenir, Coahvila, Mexico to the home of Leonor and Isidro Pacheco, and died as the result of a traffic accident early on the morning of Feb. 7, 2018 near Big Spring, TX. Mr. Pacheco came to the US in 1996, and settled in Portales. He worked as a milker at several local dairies. He always enjoyed being with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Lourdes Pacheco of Clovis; his parents, Leonor and Isidro Pacheco of Coahula, Mexico; five brothers, Jesus Pacheco of Mexico, Ramiro Pacheco, Julio C Pacheco and Juan Pacheco all of Portales, Geraldo Pacheco of Midland, TX, and Diego Guadalupe Pacheco of Mexico; and three sisters, Leticia Pacheco and Socorro Pacheco both of Mexico and Sandra Pacheco of Portales.
