(B) Recommendation(s) from Economic Development Finance Review Committee Requesting the adoption of a COVID-19 relief program and application process for eligible small businesses within the City of Portales – Randy Knudson, RCCDC Chairman/D. Rutherford, Planning Director.

1. Recommendation from Economic Development Finance Review Committee approving the request.

2. Resolution #19-20-38, A Resolution authorizing Implementation of a COVID-19 Economic Relief Program to Fund Eligible Businesses.

(C) Approval of Award of Bid to American Airport Maintenance for Taxiway, A Pavement Maintenance Project Pending Funding Agency approval and Appropriation– C. Weems, CPO/M. Parkey, General Services Director.
