THE CITY OF PORTALES will hold a Public Hearing for public input starting at 12:00 noon, Friday, August 16, 2019, at the Public Works Office in City Hall, 100 W. 1st Street, Portales, New Mexico. A. Public Hearing for FY 2021-2025 ICIP (Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan) Citizen Participation & Discussion – Action items: 1. Declare the public hearing open to receive comments on the FY 2021-2025 ICIP 5-Year Plan Draft. 2. Power Point Presentation on the Proposed FY 2021-2025 ICIP 5-Year Plan. 3. Open the floor for public comment and discussion. 4. Close Public Hearing. 5. FY 2021-2025 ICIP 5-Year Plan Draft recommendation to City Council for revisions before presentation and adoption at City Council Meeting starting at 6:30 p.m., August 20, 2019.
