Noah Wayne Carlton was born Feb. 12, 2003 in Albuquerque, to the home of Pamella Jean (Novak) and Randal Dee Carlton and passed from this life on Nov. 8, 2024 in Portales. When Noah was three yeas old, he moved with his mother to Truth or Consequences, NM. He attended Manzano Christian School through the 9th grade. He graduated from Hot Springs High School in T or C in 2003. Growing up, Noah was a gifted athlete, playing Little League Baseball and Basketball. His favorite was playing baseball where he played in several positions, but his preferred position was the infield. During his high school years, he played on the school baseball team. During the Pandemic, he worked part time at the Walmart from 2020 till 2021 when he graduated. After graduation, he switched to martial arts, where he earned a Brown Belt with a Star by performing a perfect test. He and his martial arts team traveled to Germany where they participated in competition.
In 2023, Noah came to Portales to make his home with his brother, Samuel and his wife. At first, he worked at DFA, but later was employed at the cheese plant between Clovis and Portales. During his time there he worked as a floater covering various positions while the regular employees were in training. Noah worshiped with the Orthodox congregation that meets in Clovis.
He is survived by his mother, Pam Carlton of Williamsburg, NM; his father, Randal Carton of Albuquerque; four brothers, Ryan (Jamie) Carlton of Southern Pines, NC, Jesse (Sylvia) Carlton of Rio Rancho, NM, Michael Carlton of Williamsburg, NM and Samuel (Emmery) Carlton of Portales; and a sister, Caitlin Carlton of Williamsburg, NM.
