The State of New Mexico Human Services Department announces that the NMConnect app is now featuring integrated self-help digital wellness tools.

The NMConnect app has released an upgraded version that engages New Mexicans in a full suite of free digital self-help wellness tools. These tools offer support for your emotional, mental, behavioral, and substance use concerns.

The latest version of the NMConnect not only allows you to access the New Mexico Crisis and Access Line support services and community resources, but now it also offers a full suite of integrated digital self-guided, clinically supported, CBT-based tools which can support you in assessing, understanding, and working on your own behavioral health and wellness.

Download the app and engage in pathways to wellness through these new tools:

(1) Wellness assessments: Offers you support in understanding and tracking levels of stress, anxiety, and depression over time. Every two weeks the assessment will deliver a progress report and guide you to the right support to maintain your mental wellness.
