PORTALES, NM – March 31, 2022 – Eastern New Mexico University is seeking help to name a new ENMU-branded beer and cocktail after partnering with New Mexico’s Red Door Brewing to raise money for ENMU scholarships.
According to Red Door Brewing, the beer is a Bohemian style, crisp, clear Pilsner lager with a pleasant herbal hop bite to finish, brewed with Pilsner malts and classic European Saaz hops. For the cocktail, Red Door Brewing created a fresh, bright and tart beverage made from grapefruit juice and premium gin.
As with the recent ENMU-branded coffee and salsa launches, anyone can submit an ENMU-themed beer or cocktail name before April 22, 2022, at https://www.enmu.edu/Beverage. The person who suggests the winning name will win a prize package from ENMU.
Red Door Brewing is invested in New Mexico with their only locations currently existing in Clovis and Albuquerque. Like other ENMU co-branded products, a percentage of the proceeds from every purchase goes back to ENMU to support scholarships.
