Marcelle Louise (Garner) Merrick October 7, 1939 ~ March 11, 2025 (age 85)

Funeral services for Marcelle Merrick, 85 of Portales, will be held at 10:00 AM, Sat., Mar. 22, 2025 in the Wheeler Mortuary Chapel with Rick Kenyon officiating assisted by Betty Williamson.  Burial will follow in the Causey Cemetery with Nathan Moore, Clinton Burnett, Randy Merrick, Eldon Merrick, Dale Gardner, lKenneth Cox, James Newberry, Heath Williams and Marshall Merrick serving as pallbearers.  John Bridges and Willard Heck have been named as honorary pallbearers.  The family will receive guests at the funeral home on Friday evening from 5 to 8 PM.
