Meet Luke! He is a sweet boy, but before we tell you about him, we have some big news!! Luke’s adoption fee has been paid for. That means Luke can go to an approved, loving home free of charge to that family! How kind is that?!
Now, for a little about this sweet boy.
Luke is a 1-2 year old hound/heeled mix. He is a very active dog. He loves to play. Luke is the perfect running buddy or to take on a morning hike or walk!
He gets along with most dogs, but is timid with bigger, aggressive dogs. He’s learning to cohabitate with cats as well! He is well-mannered at meal times, waiting until he’s given permission to eat. He’s also good with kids that are toddlers or older.
Luke is crate trained, neutered, microchipped and up to date on all his vaccinations.
He needs an owner willing to teach him commands, but he desperately seeks approval and to please his people. He’s very smart and should learn things quickly. He just needs a family who is patient to work with him.
All he needs is a loving family to teach him all the fun tricks he can learn! We know the right family is out there for this sweet, active boy! Don’t forget, his adoption is paid for, so if you’re the right one for Luke, it’s no cost to you besides some love and guidance for him!
