Public Notice- The City of Portales Street Department is making road repairs on Kilgore Avenue from 3rd Street (NM 88) to HWY 70. The project will continue with intermittent closures to through traffic beginning August 8, 2017 and lasting through September 1, 2017. The project completion date may be extended for weather delays.
